Last Wednesday Alan Hore and Ronan Hogan from DIT visited both 4th classes in Caragh NS. The students had opportunities to survey, build bridges, experiment with earthquakes and map points in the classroom using a surveyor’s tripod and a distance measuring laser. They were also learning how to talk and interact like engineers and scientists.
